Jerris Greenblat is a true professional who looks out for the best interests of her clients and not of herself. My wife and I owned a 1/6 interest in a duplex in Grover Beach,California. Miss Greenblat took on the job of selling our interest

and did an excellent job in selling the interest for us. A number of unexpected issues arose during the proceedings to sell the property. Miss Greenblat worked diligently to resolve the issues as they arose.She always stayed in contact and let us know how things were proceeding. We did sell the interest and both my wife and I were very happy with the work that Miss Greenblat did. if my wife and I ever sell another property in the central coast, Miss Greenblatt is the only realtor we would retain.

I needed a home in about 55 days when I contacted Jerris. She helped me find a home and I was able to start moving in 40 days later. The home I found was perfect for me in affordability, style, and condition. With her knowledge the processes of shopping, offers, loan application, and finalizing were easy and efficiently realized.

Jerris was wonderful! She made the buying experience less stressful with her no pressure, kind demeanor, and genuine desire to help us find the home we were looking for. She was patient with our every request and prompt with every response. We had our backup offer accepted a week before heading to Europe on a 3-week vacation, and she was instrumental in helping us through the beginning phases of the inspection and contingency process. We got all the inspections done and were able to go on our vacation with little worry and more excitement that when we got home we would be coming back to a new home. While away, it all went smoothly because Jerris was there to help. We were able to sign all the closing documents the day after we got home and we contribute most of the stress free experience to Jerris! Lastly, she is just a wonderful, trustworthy, and caring person, who we would recommend in a heartbeat. An added bonus is she really knows her stuff too!! We have total confidence in her!!

As you know Gary and I were very satisfied with the services you provided us throughout our home buying process. I feel what I enjoyed and appreciated most about working with you was that you “rolled with the punches.” With Gary and I living in Houston and wanting to be a home in Santa Maria you exceed our expectations of what we expected you to do for us from afar. We started our journey for a new home in the area looking as manufactured homes since we weren’t sure we could get a mortgage for any other type of home in the Santa Maria area. You worked diligently on that and you presented us with some really nice places and were ready to set up a time to look at a property when our loan advisor said that we could indeed get a higher mortgage allowing us to look at other types of homes in the area. You quickly switched gears and started looking for those homes for us. Wanting to be a little frugal we set a low mortgage amount, but none of the homes were to our liking. Then when Gary was able to schedule a last minute trip to look at homes in the area you quickly set up times to look at properties we thought we were interested in, and sent the paperwork that needed to be signed, you indulged our every whim not once complaining how we likely ruined your weekend plans. As we dragged your from place to place, what you did was listen. You listened to the type of exterior of a home we wanted. You listened to us about the importance of a private backyard or outdoor space. As Gary’s time in Santa Maria was coming to an end you found a home, well outside our comfort zone, but it was exactly what we were looking for. Gary was overwhelmed at what he knew was our dream home, and even though I was hesitant and even though we didn’t think we had a chance of getting the home, we took your advice and put an offer on the home. Imagine our surprise and extreme excitement when we got our dream home. You then did all the leg work needing to be done until the close of escrow for which we can never repay you. Should any of my friends from the Bay Area should choose to move here I will definitely recommend your services to them. You are awesome.
